- The first step to order from Artpodaraci.com  is to make a registration in the site. During the registration as a user you need to fill in an information, necessar for the technical processing of your order. Some of the fields are compulsory, others no.

- Already registered, you can start shopping in our online shop. You can choose a product / products, and add them to your consumer basket, to confirm the order. It is necessary to follow the steps for ordering, indicated in the site.

- After chosing the products you want to buy, Please indicate your chosen way of payment (payment "cash on delivery", bank transfer or paymen via Paypal), and your chosen way of delivery  (Delivery to Neighbour countries, Delivery to European countries, Delivery to Noneuropean countries, Standard delivery to Sofia, Express delivery to Sofia, Standard delivery to other cities in Bulgaria and  Express delivery to other cities in Bulgaria). 

- When receiving your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail for confirming it.

- If you chose a payment by bank transfer, we will send you the product when receiving the bank transfer.

- The ordered product is sent by messenger or by the post to the indicated address.
