DELIVERY TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES

We use the Bulgarian Post Services for all deliveries to foreign countries. We send all the orders in priority with declared value (insurance).

Important:

- Depending on the destination the supply can take between 3-14 days. For European countries supplies generally take 3-5 working days.

- The supply fees are on the charge of the buyer. They are automatically included in the bill.

- Standard supplies include orders wieghting maximum 2 kg. If your order weights more than 2 kg, Please contact us for calculation of  the price of delivery.

The supply fees depend on the weight of the ordered good and on the Destination country (Post fees are grouped in three main categories:  Neigbour countries, European Countries and NonEuropean countries.) By chosing your Destination country and the ordered good / goods with the respective quantities , the system automatically calculates the respective delivery tariff and includes it in the total bill.

DELIVERY TO BULGARIA

The supply is realised by our own messenger network  or by courier companies messengers, partners of Artpodaraci.com . The price of the supply is determined depending on the chosen way of supply (standard or express), depending on the address of the supply and depending on the type and the weight of the product. The supply is on the charge of the customer, the fees for insurance and for cash on delivery supply are on the charge of Artpodaraci.com:

• If the payment is in cash on delivery the total sum (the price of the product + the price for the supply) is paid directly by the byer to the messenger when receiving the ordered product.

• If the payment is by bank transfer the price of the supply is paid together with the price of the product by bank transfer.

The standard delivery to Sofia is realised the next working day after the day of the order. Orders for standard delivery  for the next day are accepted up to 14 h 00 the previous day.

The express delivery in Sofia is realised in not more than 3 hours after the order for messenger from Artpodaraci.com. For express deliveries for the same day, orders are accepted not later than 14 h 00.

PRECISION: As beginning of the order is considered its confirmation from our part. The buyer is obliged to assure access and possibility for the delivery. If the buyer is not found in the delays of execution of the order or if there is no assured access to the indicated place of delivery, the order is considered as not valid and "Lilia" is no more obliged to execute the order. All the indicated prices for delivery are final.
